Welcome to Vaylino. Here are the basics for creating your space and sharing your work.

Getting started

Create a free account with your email and a unique username. Verify your email using the link sent to your inbox, then log in to your creator dashboard.

Building your website

Open Website builder, choose a page and add blocks from the left panel. Drag layers to change their order, edit block properties on the right and preview different screen widths. Draft edits save automatically. Press Publish when you want visitors to see the changes.

Uploading artwork

In Artwork, upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF and add its title. Original images live on the host server and optimized versions are used on public pages. Hidden artwork won't appear in public galleries.

Receiving commissions

Set your availability to Open in profile settings, then create a listing under My services. Customers can describe their project, receive a quote and accept it. Private files and conversations stay within the order workspace.

Payments

Vaylino charges no platform fees. The current workflow supports manual payment arrangements between artist and customer, labelled clearly as unverified. Vaylino doesn't currently process card payments.

Storage and limits

Uploads are stored locally. The host administrator configures maximum image size, storage quota and reserved disk space. Your current usage appears in profile settings. There are no paid storage upgrades.
